Ich weiß, es wird einmal ein Wunder geschehn. Starke Glücksmomente, die Endorphine fahren voll rein und meine Ausbildung zum Pandemiker und Diplom-Virologen schreitet zügig voran. Es hatte sich ja schon einige Zeit abgezeichnet, dass ich mir neben meiner Arbeit als Präzisions-Grafiker im Kunst- & Kulturbereich, mit der ich das Ewige Archiv seit Jahrzehnten finanzierte und mein Leben fristete, weitere ertragreichere Erwerbszweige erschließen müsse. Aromatherapie kam in die engere Wahl – ich hatte vor vielen Jahren von „Odorama“, einem Geruchskino gehört, von John Waters olfaktorischem Film „Polyester“: mit Duftstoffen imprägnierte Karten, an denen die Zuschauer an entsprechend gekennzeichneten Stellen des Films rubbeln mussten, um die Düfte freizusetzen (einer davon: der intensive Geruch von Scheixxe). Mit dem Aufflammen des Corona-Virus-Desasters, wurde mir schnell klar, in welche Richtung es für mich gehen würde: Verschwörungstheorien flackerten auf, so viele Fragen, so viele Antworten, so viel Verunsicherung! Also hurtig massenhaft online-Kurse belegt, („Schnellsieder-Kurse“), Masterclasses gebucht, ordentlich Kohle investiert. Mittlerweile fühle ich mich schon gefestigt, ich darf mich „Pandemiker in Ausbildung ohne Supervision“ nennen, das Diplom konnte ich mir sogar selbst gestalten! Bei schwierigen Fragen konsultiere ich natürlich das Standard-Forum – nirgends sonst versammeln sich soviele Besserwisser*innen. Oft werde ich gefragt: „Und: sind die Masken jetzt sinnvoll? Wie lange sollen wir noch auf der Isomatte stehen? Ist das alles komplett wahnsinnig? Macht die Regierung das jetzt ok oder nicht? Soll ich mein Handy durchs Fenster werfen oder darauf herumtrampeln??“ Meine Antwort: „Keine Ahnung. Aber in Momenten höchster Verzweiflung stelle ich mir vor, dass bei den täglichen Pressekonferenzen der Polizei-Pferdeflüsterer K., die Gesundheitsministerin mit dem Doppelnamen, den ich verdrängt habe, stehen und Ingenieur H. die Ansprache des Bundespräsidenten halten würde! DAS hilft mir in den schrecklichsten Alpträumen sofort und gibt mir beim Aufwachen dann ein Gefühl der großen Erleichterung.“

If you have difficult questions, of course, I consult the standard forum – nowhere else do so many know-it-alls gather. I am often asked: “And: do the masks now make sense? How long should we stand on the sleeping pad? Is it all completely insane? Is the government doing it ok or not? Should I throw my cell phone through the window or trample on it? ”My answer:“ I don’t know. But in moments of extreme despair, I imagine that at the daily press conferences the police horse whisperer K., the health minister with the double name that I have suppressed, would be standing and engineer H. giving the speech by the Federal President! DAS immediately helps me in the most terrible nightmares and then gives me a feeling of great relief when I wake up. ”
