Johann Promberger Geburtshaus · house of birth

Das Hundert-Jahre-Haus. Langwies | AT · 1910–2010 (SW-Fotos: Johann Promberger. © PP · Ewiges Archiv) Bei flüchtigem Blick schauen die drei SW-Fotos, die mein Großvater Johann Promberger (1886–1962) mit seiner Plattenkamera gemacht und hinterlassen hat, sehr ähnlich aus. Augenfällig ist das „Jahrhundert-Hochwasser“ im Jahr 1920 (Foto rechts oben) – aber bei näherem Hinschauen und Vergleichen sind weitere, markante Unterschiede zwischen dem Foto links oben und den anderen beiden erkennbar: Die Gaupe am Dach wurde vergrößert, das Dach anders gedeckt, vor dem Haus steht (stand damals) eine Steinmauer, am Dachfirst ein Wetterhahn und vieles mehr. In diesem Haus in Langwies, etwa 5 km außerhalb von Ebensee Richtung Bad Ischl, im Salzkammergut also, in diesem Haus wurde mein Großvater 1886 geboren – dieses Haus hat er immer wieder aus ähnlichem Blickwinkel fotografiert – auch während des Hochwassers. Äußerst detailreich auf dem hochauflösenden Scan erkennbar (in der kleinen FB-Auflösung kaum) viele Details:Zwei Männer Mann auf Behelfs-Floßen mit Stange, drei Kinder an der Vorderseite des Hauses mit den Füßen im Wasser, zwei Frauen beim Hauseingang rechts, aus dem kleinen linken Fenster im ersten Stock schaut jemand heraus – das Wasser übersteigt bereits nahezu den Holzzaun . . .
Das Foto rechts unten habe ich im Jahr 2010 aufgenommen: Vor dem Haus beginnt die „Langwieser Gerade“ – ein Ort häufiger Unfälle.
