Vive la France! Es ist zum Aus-der-Haut-fahren! Wien | AT · 2021–2022 (© PP · # 2487 · www.ewigesarchiv.at) Es ist zum Aus-der-Haut-fahren, weil ich mit meinem Vortrag, den ich am Montag, 20. Juni 2022 in Paris im Maison Heinrich Heine halten soll und vor allem will, noch nicht fertig bin! Während mein langjähriger Digital-Coach Markus Hanzer im Halbtages-Takt Vorträge zu komplexen Themen mit hunderten Folien/Slides herausschleudert, bastle ich schon seit Wochen an meinem Auftritt zu „Les Archives éternelles“. Das Problem ist ein bissl, dass ich soviel Material habe, das Bezug nimmt auf Österreich und Frankreich, und ich die Zuhörer*innen nicht allzuviel verwirren will mit meinen Spintisierereien und Verzweigungen etc. Aber gut, zur Ablenkung und Entspannung mach’ ich eben hiermit ein Neues. Das großartige Portrait-Foto von mir hat ein Fotofach-Verkäufer gemacht, als ich eine angebotene gebrauchte Kompaktkamera testen wollte. (Ich kaufte sie daraufhin nicht.) Gekauft habe ich dann am Samstag im „Apple-Store“ einen Adapter, um das geborgte iPad an einen HDMI-Beamer anschließen zu können, um schlanke 59,90 €. Gefragt, warum das wohl gleich funktionierende Teil bei Amazon rund 18 € + Versand kosten würde, antwortete der alerte Verkäufer: „Apple sei sich eben seiner Qualität bewusst“ – und bot mir dann gleich einen Einführungskurs (halbe Stunde etwa 49 €) an. Überleg’ ich mir noch. Was kosten jetzt die Senioren-Handies? ;-)

A photo salesman took the great portrait photo of me when I wanted to test a used compact camera that was on offer. (I didn’t buy it after that.) Then on Saturday I bought an adapter in the “Apple Store” in order to be able to connect the borrowed iPad to an HDMI projector for a slim €59.90. When asked why the part that probably works the same way would cost around €18 + shipping on Amazon, the alert seller replied: “Apple is just aware of its quality” – and then immediately offered me an introductory course (half an hour around €49). I’ll think about it. How much do senior cell phones cost now? 😉
