Die Zweierbeziehung ist noch lange nicht am Ende! Eine Lobpreisung der auferlegten Isolation. Was hab’ ich mich abgeplagt in endlosen WG-Diskussionen, wie oft gekrampft in (halb-)offenen Beziehungen! Was hab’ ich (selten, aber doch) die Kommunarden der Mühl-Kommune um die Kommunardinnen beneidet – weniger um das Aktions-Analytische Selbstdarstellungs-Theater, bei dem Otto Mühl schreiende Kinder mit kaltem Wasser übergossen hat. Die Wegschließung im Lockdown zeigt aber, welche großartigen Potentiale freigelegt werden können! Wie entspannend eine einsame Runde Taschenbillard doch sein kann im Unterschied zu gruppendynamischen Schreiereien! Was mich besonders begeistert: mein Sohn hat aus der Ferne angefragt, ob ich ihm doch für ein Projekt Fotos aus seiner Kindheit schicken könnte? Wenn’s mir nichtzuviel Mühe machen würde! Im Gegenteil – die ersehnte Chance, die Leistungsfähigkeit des geringgeschätzten Bildarchivs zu demonstrieren. Mit Skateboard? zack zack zack. Mit dem Gameboy aus Wachs? aber subito usw. Das Herz des ewigen Archivars lacht!

What have I struggled with in endless flat-share discussions, how often cramped in (semi) open relationships! What did I (seldom, but nevertheless) envied the communards of the Mühl commune for the communard women – less for the action-analytical self-presentation theater in which Otto Mühl doused screaming children with cold water. The closure in lockdown shows what great potential can be uncovered! How relaxing a lonely round of pocket billiards can be in contrast to group-dynamic screaming! What I’m particularly excited about: my son asked from afar whether I could send him photos from his childhood for a project? If it didn’t bother me too much! On the contrary – the longed-for chance to demonstrate the efficiency of the underestimated image archive. With a skateboard? quickly quickly Quickly. With the Gameboy made of wax? but subito etc. The heart of the eternal archivist laughs!
