Hier als Wochenend-Beilage ein Blogeintrag zum Thema „Fotografie und Datenschutz: Was für den privaten Bereich und was für Fotografen gilt“ von Thomas Höhne, Rechtsanwalt und Mitgründer des Universitätslehrgangs für Informations- und Medienrecht an der Uni Wien. Er veröffentlichte zahlreiche Publikationen zu Medienrecht, Urheberrecht und Vereinsrecht.
