Es gibt kein Entrinnen: „If you LOVE Barbie – this movie is for you!“ „„If you HATE Barbie – this movie is for you!“ Offensee, Wien | AT · 2010–2022 (© PP · # 2935 · www.ewigesarchiv.at) Es ist unglaublich: Ein Marketing- und Vermarktungs-Geschwader überschwemmt die Welt (ja: Die Welt – nur Japan und Vietnam stehen dem Film kritisch gegenüber) und verkaufen eine Werbemaschine als amüsanten, aber „kritisch-augenzwinkernden-emanzipativen“ Film. UN-PACK-BAR. Ich habe nur den Trailer gesehen und der hat meinen Schädel bereits zerrissen – aber schon vorher dachte ich bei „Barbie“ immer an Klaus Barbie, den Gestapochef von Lyon, der für seine Grausamkeit der „Schlächter von Lyon“ genannt wurde.

UN-PACK BAR. I’ve only seen the trailer and it has already torn my skull apart – but even before that, when I thought of “Barbie”, I always thought of Klaus Barbie, the Gestapo chief of Lyon, who was called the “Butcher of Lyon” for his cruelty.
