Eigentlich eh sehr viel.“ „Was hast heut gemacht?“ „Heute? Naja. Heute hab’ ich meine Dosensammlung bissl geordnet.“ „Dosensammlung? Bierdosen aus aller Herren/Frauen Länder?“ „Na – eher flache Dosen. Flachware!“ „Flachware?“ „Ja – das hat sich so entwickelt im Laufe der Jahre. Soweit ich mich erinnern kann, hat’s mit flachen Tieren begonnen. Flache Ratten, Kröten, Frösche, Schnecken . . . “ „???“ „Dann hat sich aber mein Interessensgebiet schnell ausgeweitet. Flaschen, Dosen, Zetterl, Verpackungsreste, Kondome (verpackt/gebraucht) – eine Zeitlang alles, was klein und am Boden war – so in etwa.“ „Interessant!?“ „Ja sehr. Naja und nachdem sich im Laufe der Jahrzehnte eben viel angesammelt hat, muss ich eben von Zeit zu Zeit meine flachen Lieblinge besuchen in ihren Abteilungen. Da gibt’s dann immer viel zu schauen, denken, ordnen. Heute eben nicht „Painting by numbers“ sondern: „Ordnungssystem Farbe“. Farbenlehre.“ „Goethes Farbenlehre? Oder eher RGB? Die früher oft zitierten 16 Millionen Farben bei Computern? Oder CMYK? Pantone? Deckfarben?“ „Von allem etwas. Aber eben nicht nur, das macht das Ganze dann ja so interessant. Bei der RACE-Dose ganz intensiv an die Band „Yello“ gedacht und ihr super The Race-Video (s. link. Anm. PP). Oder dann: soll ich als Zentralgestirn die BOOSTER-Dose nehmen – aus gegebenem Anlass? Hab’ sie dann aber doch links außen gestellt, war mir dann zu vordergründig, zu effekthascherisch und mich für Roter Stern Belgrad als „Eyecatcher“, als zentrales Motiv entschieden.“ „Wow super! Danke für diesen Einblick in deine großartige Dosensammlung! Hut ab!“ So in etwa.

Actually, a lot anyway. ”“ What did you do today? ”“ Today? Oh well. Today I organized my can collection a bit. “” Can collection? Beer cans from all over the world? ”“ Well – rather flat cans. Flatware! ”“ Flatware? ”“ Yes – that’s how it has developed over the years. As far as I can remember, it started with flat animals. Flat rats, toads, frogs, snails. . . “” ??? “” Then my area of interest expanded quickly. Bottles, cans, slips of paper, leftover packaging, condoms (packed / used) – for a while everything that was small and on the floor – something like that. ”“ Interesting !? ”“ Yes, very much. Well and after a lot has accumulated over the decades, I just have to visit my flat favorites from time to time in their departments. There’s always a lot to look at, think about and organize. Today not “painting by numbers” but rather: “color ordering system”. Color theory. ”“ Goethe’s color theory? Or rather RGB? The 16 million colors in computers that were often quoted in the past? Or CMYK? Pantone? Opaque colors? ”“ Something of everything. But that’s not all, that’s what makes the whole thing so interesting. When it came to the RACE can, I thought intensely of the band “Yello” and their super The Race video (see link. Note on PP). Or then: should I, as the central star, take the BOOSTER can – for the given occasion? But then I put it on the far left, it was too superficial, too gimmicky and I decided on Red Star Belgrade as the “eye catcher”, as the central motif. “” Wow great! Thank you for this insight into your great collection of cans! Hats off! ”Something like that.
