Vatertag wär’ wieder! Brussel / Bruxelles / Brüssel | BE; Ebensee, Langwies, Wien | AT · 1920–2023 (© PP · # 2853 · www.ewigesarchiv.at) Links unten (vermutlich) mein UrUrgroßvater, von meinem Großvater Johann Promberger etwa 1920 fotografiert – vermutlich deshalb, weil dieses Foto als Glasnegativ hinterlassen wurde das von mir kontaktkopiert wurde und es nur Vermutungen dazu gibt. Rechts unten die Fotografie eines Bildes, das meinen UrUrgroßvater mütterlicherseits zeigt, eines Italieners aus dem Trentino, der beim Bau der Straße am Traunsee gearbeitet hatte und mit einer Traunkirchnerin ein Kind – meinen Urgroßvater mütterlicherseits – gezeugt hat. Das Bild hatte meine Mutter fotografiert.

Den etwa ansichtskartengroßen Aufkleber: „My dad died before he could visit all the places he wanted to go . . .“ sah ich vor einigen Tagen in Brüssel. . .

Father’s Day would be again! Brussel / Bruxelles / Brussels | BE; Ebensee, Langwies, Vienna | AT · 1920–2023 (© PP · # 2853 · www.ewigesarchiv.at) Bottom left (probably) my great-great-grandfather, photographed by my grandfather Johann Promberger around 1920 – presumably because this photo was left as a glass negative that I contact-copied and there are only guesses. Below right is a photograph of a picture that shows my great-great-grandfather on my mother’s side, an Italian from Trentino who had worked on the construction of the road on Lake Traunsee and fathered a child with a woman from Traunkirch – my great-grandfather on my mother’s side. My mother took the picture.
The sticker, about the size of a postcard: “My dad died before he could visit all the places he wanted to go . . .” I saw a few days ago in Brussels. . .
