Stefan Weber – Mastermind der Drahdiwaberl & King of Mulatschag ist in die Hall of Rock-Fame übergewechselt! Wien | AT · 1973–2017 (© PP · Ewiges Archiv) So traurig. Stefan Weber und die Drahdiwaberl habe ich das erste Mal in einem Konzert im Audimax gesehen und gehört – und ich Kind vom Land konnte meinen Augen + Ohren nicht trauen ob dieser Urgewalt, diesem Schreien, Toben, Durcheinander auf der Bühne. So eine Bühnenshow hatte ich vorher weder in Bad Ischl noch in Langwies gesehen. Eine Initiation! Unvergesslich, wie Stefan aus dem Hosenschlitz eine laaange, dicke weiße Kerze herauszog! Den Kontakt zu diesem Universum hatte wie soviele andere Kontakte mein großartiger BE-Professor GoAl Nowak hergestellt, ein enger Freund von Stefan. In späterer Zeit habe ich immer wieder Konzerte der Drahdiwaberl besucht – eine unglaubliche Ansammlung besonderer Menschen – darunter einst auch Falco. Die verschwommenen Show-Fotos hab ich mit auf einem Volksstimme-Fest aufgenommen.

Danke Stefan – Dich vergesse ich nicht!

I saw and heard Stefan Weber and the Drahdiwaberl for the first time in a concert in the Audimax – and I child from the country couldn’t believe my eyes + ears because of this elemental force, this screaming, raging, confusion on stage. I had never seen such a stage show in Bad Ischl or Langwies before. An initiation! Unforgettable how Stefan pulled a long, thick white candle out of his fly! My great BE professor GoAl Nowak, a close friend of Stefan, made contact with this universe like so many other contacts. In later times I visited concerts of the Drahdiwaberl again and again – an incredible collection of special people – including Falco. I took the blurry show photos at a Volksstimme party.

Thank you Stefan – I will not forget you!
