Wien | AT · 2021 (Satelliten- und Street-View-Fotos: © Google LLC; Portraitfoto & Tableau: © PP · www.ewigesarchiv.at) Vor einigen Tagen hat Dirk Uhlenbrock, CEO der Design-Corporation „Erste Liga“ ein wunderbares Foto eines idyllisch anmutenden Häuser-Ansammlung inmitten eines Wäldchens und Feldern auf der Überwachungs-Zentrale Facebook veröffentlicht mit dem Zusatz „das kleine gallische dorf bei google earth“. Mir hat das natürlich sehr gut gefallen, saubere Luft, Wasser, Wald, Häuschen. Ich hab das Foto so kommentiert: „Es ist wirklich interessant für mich, zu sehen, wo du + deine familie (vermutlich) lebt – aber gleichzeitig ist das derartig ungeheuerlich, dass de facto von jedem punkt der erde derartige aufnahmen in dieser auflösung gemacht + verarbeitet werden. Und: dass ganz sicher noch wesentlich detailreichere aufnahmen gemacht werden, die nicht veröffentlicht werden.“
Er hat sich daraufhin großzügig mit einem Link zu meiner Konzern-Zentrale „Das Ewige Archiv“ revanchiert. Ich hab mich dann gleich digital aus dem Weltenraum besucht und mir zugewunken! Danke Google Earth, danke Dirk! Ein beruhigendes Gefühl, rund um die Uhr be- bzw. überwacht zu werden.
Schon in den 1970-er Jahren wurden Nachrichten laut, dass von in großer Höhe fliegenden Spionage-Flugzeugen so hochauflösende Aufnahmen gemacht werden können, dass Schlagzeilen von Zeitungen entziffert werden können.
Dass die Voraussetzungen und Grundlagen von Google Earth Spionage-Satellitenfotos und militärische Überwachungstechnologien sind, scheint offensichtlich, aber so präzise formuliert und bestätigt habe ich das noch nie gehört, wie von der Harvard Professorin Shoshana Zuboff, die im Video „Shoshana Zuboff on surveillance capitalism“ im Zusammenhang mit dem Spiel Pokemon Go, das vornehmlich Kinder (auch) in Geschäfte lockt, folgendes ausspricht:
Shoshana Zuboff: „Es ist wichtig zu verstehen, dass „Pokemon Go“ ein Augmented-Reality-Spiel ist, das über viele Jahre in Google entwickelt wurde. Google ist der erste Pionier des Überwachungs-Kapitalismus, der Erfinder des Überwachungs-Kapitalismus. Pokemon Go wurde in Google erfunden, dort inkubiert und dort unter der Leitung eines Mannes namens John Hanke entwickelt. John Hanke erfand eine Operation namens „Keyhole“ (Schlüsselloch), die von der CIA finanziert und später von Google gekauft und Google Earth genannt wurde.“
Frage: „Google Earth war ursprünglich ein CIA-Startup?“
Shoshana Zuboff: „Ja, Google Earth wurde als „Keyhole“ (Schlüsselloch) bezeichnet und war ein von der CIA investiertes Startup. . . .“

Was bedeutet das, dass jeder Ort der Erde präzise fotografiert wurde und permanent wird? Auf den Screenshots dieses Tableaus wird „eingezoomt“ auf den Werkstättenhof Wien im 6. Bezirk, in dem sich auch mein Studio befindet. Die Aufnahmen auch aus „Street-view“-Perspektive sind so präzise, dass die kleine Aufschriften und Texte zu lesen sind, die Auto-Kennzeichen sind zwar automatisiert unkenntlich gemacht worden, aber vermutlich, da leicht in Text bzw Zahlen zu „übersetzen“, als Standortdatei des jeweiligen Autos festgeschrieben. Jede Bewegung ist nachvollziehbar. Ich bin auch davon überzeugt, dass nur Satellitenbilder bis zu einer bestimmten Auflösung freigegeben wurden zur „allgemeinen Ansicht“ – die tatsächlichen militärischen Aufnahmen sind sicher wesentlich detailgenauer.

Of course I liked that very much, clean air, water, forest, little houses. I commented on the photo as follows: “It is really interesting for me to see where you + your family (probably) live – but at the same time it is so monstrous that de facto photos of this kind were taken from every point on earth + in this resolution are processed. And: that much more detailed recordings will definitely be made that will not be published. “
He then generously returned the favor with a link to my corporate headquarters “The Eternal Archive”. I then visited myself digitally from outer space and waved to myself! Thank you Google Earth, thank you Dirk! A reassuring feeling to be supervised and monitored around the clock.

What does it mean that every place on earth has been precisely photographed and is becoming permanent? The screenshots of this tableau “zoom in” on the Werkstättenhof Vienna in the 6th district, where my studio is also located. The recordings, also from the “street view” perspective, are so precise that the small labels and texts can be read, the license plates have been automatically made illegible, but presumably because they are easy to “translate” into text or numbers, recorded as the location file of the respective car. Every movement is understandable. I am also convinced that only satellite images up to a certain resolution were released for the “general view” – the actual military images are certainly much more detailed.
