Der Gabenzaun – die perfekte Erweiterung des DIY-Home-Museums! Splendid Isolation_16 Wien | AT · 2020 (© PP · Ewiges Archiv) Ich geb’s ja zu: ein bisschen hab ich mich schon darauf gefreut, von meiner Übungsleiterin zu hören (alter, weißer Mann lernts nie, eh klar!). Doch dann: O-Ton Übungsleiterin: „Naja – Du hast Dich irgendwie bemüht, aber nach den vorliegenden Bewegungsdaten und den Telefon- und Netz-Protokollen stehen nur bescheidene 13,7 Social Credits bei Deinem Profil. Nicht berauschend!“ „Aber, aber, das hab’ ich ja gar nicht gewusst, dass das alles aufgezeichnet und ausgewertet wird!!“ „Hast gedacht, das ist ein Senior*innen-Nachmittag?“ Sehr herb. „Aber weil Sonntag ist: Heute kannst Dir das Thema für das Home-Museum selber aussuchen, aber nächste Woche musst Dich mehr anstrengen, sonst gibt’s ein Minus!“ Also dann: Heute beim Undercover-Ausflug den Gabenzaun unter der Wiental-Brücke beim Gaudenzdorfer-Gürtel gesehen! Finde ich SUPERGUT! Das ist die ideale Expositur für das Do-it-Yourself-Home-Museum! Wer immer das gemacht hat – Hut ab. Ein neues Ziel für meine Nachtgänge. Solidarity rulez.

Sozialkredit-System

Das Sozialkredit-System (SKS, englisch Social Credits, chinesisch 社会信用体系, Pinyin shèhuì xìnyòng tǐxì) ist ein online betriebenes Rating- bzw. „Social Scoring“-System in der Volksrepublik China. Es stellt einen Versuch der totalen Kontrolle der Bevölkerung durch die Vergabe von „Punkten“ für (aus Sicht der herrschenden Kommunistischen Partei Chinas) wünschenswertes Verhalten, bzw. deren Entzug für negatives Verhalten, dar. Das System geht einher mit einer quasi allgegenwärtigen Überwachung, aus deren Daten sich ein Großteil der Punktevergabe speist. Hierzu wird das soziale und politische Verhalten von Privatpersonen, Unternehmen und anderen Organisationen (wie z. B. Nichtregierungsorganisationen) zur Ermittlung ihrer „sozialen Reputation“ analysiert. Wer ein zu niedriges Punkte-Level erreicht, muss mit Einschränkungen im alltäglichen Leben, etwa beim Zugang zu sozialen Diensten oder der Arbeitsplatz- und Ausbildungssuche, rechnen. The social credit system (SKS, English Social Credits, Chinese 社会信用体系, Pinyin shèhuì xìnyòng tǐxì) is an online rating or “social scoring” system in the People’s Republic of China. It represents an attempt at total control of the population by awarding “points” for (from the perspective of the ruling Chinese Communist Party) desirable behavior or its withdrawal for negative behavior. The system goes along with a virtually omnipresent surveillance whose data feeds a large part of the award of points. For this purpose, the social and political behavior of private individuals, companies and other organizations (such as non-governmental organizations) is analyzed in order to determine their “social reputation”. Those who reach a point level that is too low must expect restrictions in everyday life, such as access to social services or the search for jobs and training.
