Wien | AT · 1975 – 2017 (© PP · Ewiges Archiv) Das Foto links oben aus dem Jahr 1975 zeigt das Feinkost-Geschäft von Frau Christine Schmutz an der Ecke Lustkandlgasse und Schubertgasse im 9. Bezirk in Wien. In der Schubertgasse 22 war ebenerdig die WG, in der ich einige Jahre lebte, und in diesem Geschäft kauften wir unter anderem den Kräuter-Bojar, der für das meistgekochte WG-Essen absolut unabdingbar war: gekochter Karfiol – mit Bojar. Schnell zubereitet, ganz fantastisch – esse ich heute noch gerne.

Vienna | AT · 1975 – 2017 (© PP · Eternal Archives) The photo on the top left from the year 1975 shows the delicatessen shop of Mrs. Christine Schmutz on the corner of Lustkandlgasse and Schubertgasse in the 9th district in Vienna. In the Schubertgasse 22 was the ground floor, in which I lived for several years, and in this shop, we bought, among other things, the herbal bojar, which was absolutely essential for the most cooked flat-share food: boiled Karfiol – with Boyar. Quick cooked, very fantastic – I like to eat today.
