Wien | AT · 2002 (© PP · # 2680 · www.ewigesarchiv.at) Secession Podcast: Edek Bartz im Gespräch mit Axel Stockburger. „Edek Bartz ist ein österreichischer Musiker, DJ, Konzertpromoter, Kurator, Autor und Dozent an der Universität für angewandte Kunst Wien. Über 25 Jahre lang hat er mit Künstlern wie Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix, Carlos Santana, Frank Sinatra, Frank Zappa und den Rolling Stones aufgenommen, produziert oder getourt. In den 1970er-Jahren arbeitete Bartz mit dem Performancekünstler Hermann Nitsch; in den 1980er-Jahren gründete er mit Wolfgang Kos das Avantgarde-Musikfestival Töne – Gegentöne. Von 2005 bis 2009 war Bartz künstlerischer Leiter der Vienna Fair. Er ist Mitherausgeber der Publikation Secret Passion (2010).

Axel Stockburger ist Künstler und arbeitet als assoziierter Professor für Kunst und Kulturtheorie an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Wien. Er ist Mitglied der künstlerischen Forschungsplattform Technopolitics und Vorstandsmitglied der Secession.“ Das Gespräch wurde am 25. Oktober 2022 aufgenommen.
