Durational Performance Claudia Bosse (DE/AT) / theatercombinat „168 stunden (a tribute to everyday life and franz erhard walther)“ Wien | AT · 2018 (© PP · Ewiges Archiv). „Die Künstlerin Claudia Bosse und die Architektin Bettina Vismann leben 168 Stunden – sprich eine Woche lang – in einem installativen Setting auf den verwilderten Resten eines abgerissenen Hauses im Wiener Stadtraum. Während dieser Zeit verlassen die beiden Künstlerinnen den Ort nicht. Sie stellen sämtliche Handlungen ihres Alltags aus und beobachten zugleich schreibend ihre Umgebung. Ihr Tagesablauf folgt einem synchronen Score mit Schreibpraxis und nachmittäglichen Begegnungen – den poetic encounters – täglich um 17 Uhr. Mit textilen Objekten überschreiten sie das Wohnsetting, vermessen das Gelände und verhandeln über Objekte ihre Körper im Raum. Der Alltag der Umgebung verschränkt sich mit dem Alltag der Performerinnen. Sie nehmen die Bewegungen der Umgebung schreibend auf und veröffentlichen allabendlich nach Sonnenuntergang (ca. 21.20 Uhr) ihre täglichen Journale als Projektionen auf die angrenzenden Häuser. So entsteht ein Essay des städtischen Alltags.“ (TQW)

Mollardgasse 14, 1060 Wien. 16. – 23. Juni 2018., 168 Stunden nonstop. Jeden Abend von 22 bis 23 Uhr besteht die Möglichkeit, eine der beiden Performerinnen in ihrem jeweiligen Wohnsetting zu besuchen und in einer One-on-One-Situation ins Gespräch zu kommen.

Durational Performance Claudia Bosse (DE / AT) / theatercombinat “168 hours (a tribute to everyday life and franz erhard walther)” Vienna | AT · 2018 (© PP · Eternal archives). “The artist Claudia Bosse and the architect Bettina Vismann live for 168 hours – that is, for a week – in an installation setting on the overgrown remains of a demolished house in Vienna’s urban space. During this time, the two artists do not leave the place. They exhibit all the actions of their everyday life and at the same time observe their environment in writing. Her daily routine follows a synchronous score with writing practice and afternoon encounters – the poetic encounters – every day at 5 pm. With textile objects, they transcend the living setting, survey the terrain and negotiate their bodies in space through objects. The everyday life of the environment is interlinked with the everyday life of the performers. They record the movements of the environment and publish their daily journals every evening after sunset (around 9:20 pm) as projections onto the adjoining houses. This is how an essay of urban everyday life is created. “(TQW)
